Hand-crafted cards
If anyone has any old greetings cards that they are intending to throw out (birthday, anniversary, get well cards etc.) I should be grateful to receive them, as I can recycle some of the picture and various “bits and bobs” from them. The hand-crafted cards seem to be selling well and contributing some useful income to swell the coffers of Church funds. The “get well” cards particularly are in great demand here. I usually bring in a dozen or so at a time (two dozen this week) and a few days later Gwen is saying to me “we are running out of get well cards again”. We must be the sickliest Parish in the diocese (or the most caring!) Many thanks for your Co-operation. Diana Newitt.
